Refund Policy
Due to health and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for ‘change of mind’ purchases.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If there are any damaged, faulty or incorrect items please contact us as soon as possible so that we can remedy the situation. Any items sent back to us before contacting us for a return will not be accepted.
If an item is damaged or faulty, we are more than happy to send a replacement free of charge, provided that the items have not been damaged due to customer handling. You have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of the items delivered date. Please contact us at hello@studiogel.co.nz or use our "contact us" form to start a return.
If it is deemed the item was damaged or faulty due to our error, we will send you a returns shipping label to return the items to us. Once the item is received back to us, we will either refund you for the items or send you a replacement – whichever was agreed upon. If you have chosen a refund, you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please be aware refunds can take some time to show up in your bank account.
If you believe your product is faulty and you would like to receive a replacement, please email hello@studiogel.co.nz with:
- Images or videos of the issue.
- Your original order number.
- Your postal address, email address and phone number.
Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on sale items (unless damaged or faulty) or gift cards. Please contact us if you have any concerns about specific items.
